We are not hiring yet. This page exists so the link goes somewhere honest.
Operant is very small and pre-seed. There are no open roles, no requisitions, and no pipeline to join. A careers page listing invented positions is a tell, and we would rather have a short page than a dishonest one.

Write to hello@operantlabs.com with what you work on. Engineers who have spent real time inside inference cost, model routing, or the guts of an agent framework are the ones we will come looking for first.
In the meantime
The product is built on Strata, which is public. The architecture decision record is the honest version of how it was built and what was traded away. Reading it will tell you more about working here than a job description would.
